do you know?i feel like we are really deeply influenced by the people around us, even more so by the things we see on tv, read in books.i read the readers' digest article , it was about the stages of relationships.

1st - Romance.

here's where all the lovey-dovey stuff start and this is probably the happiest time in a relationship.

2nd - Dissilusionment

ere's where you notice your partner, is flawed.he's not perfect, and neither are you!

3rd - Power struggle

here's where we both try to change each other to suit each other's preferences/needs.terrible thing about this power struggle is that half the time we don't realize it.

4th - Awakening

lovely part, this.here's where the two partners both realize that they are in love with each other, not the person they want each other to be.they appreciate and love each other for all they are,including their differences.even though quarrels are inevitable, they try to solve it and work at it,and i guess it gets easier because both are more accepting, more loving,more trusting,and naturally, more understanding.

5th - long-term marriage

this is where i wanna be! i bet everyone also kan? :)
